New Prop. 65 Regulations effective August 30, 2018 Due to the nature of FMF Racing’s products, the new Prop. 65 regulations require that a warning is communicated to customers in advance of their purchase. To better understand the changes, the definition of Prop 65, found on California’s official Prop 65 website, is as follows: “Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
